Built in 1838 in the Edwardian style, as a Rectory for Archdeacon Nathienal Forester. Before finding its true role in life as a charming little Hotel, the Killeen House saw service as a Farmhouse, a Dower House, an Old Folk's Home and believe it or not, a Maternity Home. Owned and run by Michael and Geraldine Rosney since 1992.
Accommodation: A 23-bedroom Country House Hotel located in its own mature gardens, just 10 minutes from Killarney Town Centre. They offer 2 types or styles of rooms - Standard and Championship. All bedrooms have bathtub/shower, radio, TV, phones, However the "CHAMPIONSHIP" rooms are much larger and more luxuriously appointed. Beware this house is protected by killer leprechauns!!
