Large semi-detached houses with four bedrooms with 2 double en-suites, 1 twin en-suite and 1 single (sleeps 7), family bathroom with jacuzzi type bath, kitchen/dining room and separate living room.

Services & Facilities: Fully fitted modern kitchen with microwave,washer / dryer, Multi-channel colour TV, Video, Cots and Highchairs - by request. Electric central heating, Private parking. Built to Bord Failte 4-star standards. Bed linen free of charge, Baby-sitting service ( by prior arrangement).
Guests can avail of the facilities of Castlerosse Hotel Leisure Centre which is 1/2m away and has an indoor 20m pool, gym, steam room, jacuzzi and golf course. Extra charges payable locally.
Guests can also avail of reduced price access to Killarney Riding Stables, which are on site.

How to get there: Just outside Killarney town on the road to Killorglin (N72). Follow signs for N72 and bypass the town centre. The Holiday Homes are situated behind the Killarney Riding Stables which are well known locally.

Payment Policy: An initial non-refundable deposit is required to complete your booking on line. This will appear as 'BookAssist' on your credit/debit card statement. The amount paid (exc booking fee of €2.50) will be deducted from the total balance due for your booking.
An additional non-refundable €100 booking deposit and €10 administration charge will be deducted from your credit/debit card after confirmation of booking. You will see 'Discovery Holidays' appearing for this on your credit/debit Card Statement. The balance of payment is due 6 weeks prior to your arrival date. A refundable Damage deposit of Euro100 is payable on arrival. The electricity/heating bill is payable on site.
